Using scraps - Love you card

Hi..

Over the time i collected considerable amount of scrap papers.
So thought of making use of them and make a card.
The focal element of the card was a strip of paper which was actually a left out card stack n then i had die cut few heart for another card from that.

I secured the panel on to working surface with re positional adhesive and applied distress inks. Then pasted it on to the card front with liquid glue ( which will allow me to move around the panel a little bit ). Felt the heart shapes are too blank so i stamped the letters in each heart and added sequins of respective colours in each heart. I stamped YOU at the end to finish the card.

Here is the card...

One die two ways

Hi...

Friends..

Here I am with two cards. I applied distress inks on the CS then washed with plain water to blend them then applied another coat of same inks.

Then die cut the word from PTI big hugs Die. Sentiments are from same set, stamped with versafine black onyx pigment ink.

I used both positive and negative spaces of die cut to create cards.

CARD 2

Stencil - Card

Hi...

Here I am with another card with stencil. Whatever I do, I go back to stencils very often. In past I had made a set of cards using same stencil which can see HERE.

Now coming to this card. I used a water colour paper, created mask by die cutting circle. I needed both -ve and +ve of the mask for card.

I placed -ve of the mask over the panel, placed the stencil and blended distress inks. Then i carefully removed -ve mask and placed +ve mask n secured stencil on same place and applied some yellow - orange shades on distress inks.

For sentiment i used SSS circle sentiment, stamped and die cut the sentiment. Used another heart circle stamp, stamped it with black ink and at the centre stamped a heart in yellow n orange inks, die cut it out.

I mounted the stenciled panel on a black CS then this piece on yellow card base with foam tape. Then i mounted circle sentiment and heart circle cut out with foam tape. Applied glossy accent on yellow heart. I needed few more accents for card, so die cut few hearts -applied black wink of stella - then glossy accent. They make really nice embellishments.

Math in the card - Concentric circles have same centre with various radius.

Stencil again - 4 cards

Hi...

Friends...

Here i am with few cards. I wanted to make cards for ICR challenge  but realised I dont have such stamp to chose. It took me 25 days to realise that i can use my stencils too. So I made these cards with stencil. In excitement I made 4 cards but only two fit to the competition rules (poor me...:( ).

Card #1
(Stencil + Love sentiment + Die cut circle)

This is simple card, i placed the stencil and applied embossing paste on it and after removing stencil i poured white glitter embossing powder, once it dried completely i zapped it with heat tool. Then mounted the panel on a white card base. For sentiment i die cut a scallop circle from navy card stack and plain circle from white. Stamped the sentiment with blue ink and mounted these with foam tape.

Card # 2
(Stencil + Love sentiment + Die cut circle)

I placed the stencil over the panel and secured it completely, then applied versa mark ink directly and after removing the stencil poured gold tinsel embossing powder and zapped with heat tool. For sentiment i did the same as the above card but changed the sentiment.
Then finished the card with few heart sequins.

I couldnt capture the sparcle from embossing powder in photo :(

I am entering these cards to ICR - Feb challenge

Stay tuned for few more cards with same stencil
